Nine Mexican spots clear our bar in Denver. Two sit at the top, both with Michelin One Stars.
Alma Fonda Fina and Mezcaleria Alma lead, both One Stars, with Alma Fonda Fina also pulling a James Beard Finalist nod and Mezcaleria Alma landing on the NYT Restaurant List. Behind them, Alteño and La Diabla Pozole y Mezcal hold Delicious, the latter with a Bib Gourmand and a Beard Semifinalist badge. The Damn Good tier is stacked five deep, including three more Bib Gourmands and a Michelin Selected. Denver's Mexican scene runs deep and decorated.
