Fifteen spots made the cut — three Michelin Bib Gourmand, twelve Michelin Selected, and a James Beard Winner in Cúrate Bar de Tapas leading the pack. Little Chango, Luminosa, and Mother carry the Bib Gourmand nods, all Delicious or Damn Good on our scale. The Selected list stretches from Good Hot Fish to Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse, proof the inspectors have been paying attention even without a star to show for it.
