Soprana sits on the roof of the Embassy Suites at 192 Haywood Street, its dining room open to 240-degree views over downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains beyond. The kitchen turns out brick-oven pizza alongside seasonal snacks, salads, and sweets, backed by a full bar pouring craft cocktails, wine, and beer.
