Skylark Cafe & Club has run on Delridge Way in West Seattle since 2006, working as both a neighborhood restaurant and one of the area's live performance venues. The kitchen serves house-smoked meats and vegetables with gluten-free and vegetarian options, alongside a sandwich menu the restaurant promotes as its calling card. The bar pours 12 local beers on tap along with wine and cocktails, served across a covered patio and an air-conditioned dining room that doubles as event space.
