Jackson Street Pizza Lounge sits on S Jackson Street in the Central District, built around Neapolitan-style pizzas and a full bar program. Co-owner Donald Dolaghan has developed a zero-proof cocktail lineup for the menu, giving non-drinkers the same crafted-cocktail experience as everyone else, and appeared on King 5 Seattle to talk through the concept.
The pizza menu includes the Classic Red alongside a vegetarian stromboli — pizza rolled up with the sauce served on the side — and a beet salad built on beets and barley. The room functions as a neighborhood hangout, pairing the pizza and stromboli options with the bar's cocktail program, both boozy and not.
