The Spot
Cafe Con Leche started as Paladar Cubano, a Cuban food truck that built a following around Seattle before parking permanently in SoDo. The move added a full dining room and bar, but the menu kept its truck-era roots: sandwiches and sides that carried over, plus newer additions like Pedrito's garlic sauce.

The bar pours tropical cocktails alongside the food, giving the space more of a hangout feel than a typical quick-service counter. Regulars point to the homestyle cooking and consistency, with many describing it as an authentic taste of Cuban food in a corner of Seattle that doesn't have much of it.
