Green Truck Neighborhood Pub sits on Habersham Street in Midtown, built around the idea of doing simple food the hard way: ketchup, pimento cheese, salad dressings, and veggie patties are all made in-house. Burgers use Hunter Cattle's grass-fed beef, Humane-Certified chicken, or the house veggie patty, dressed up in combinations like the Trailer Park (bacon and family-recipe pimento cheese) and the Rustico (goat cheese, balsamic onions, roasted red peppers, basil).
Beyond burgers, the menu runs through sandwiches like the Veggie Reuben and California BLT, scratch-made salads with house dressings, and a vegan black bean chili non-carne. A kids' menu and rotating in-house desserts round things out.
The pub has built a following among locals, landing on Savannah Magazine's readers' picks in 2025.
