Rose VL comes from the family behind Hà VL, bringing a similar day-by-day soup format to Foster-Powell. The lineup shifts daily: Sundays might bring Vietnamese Turmeric Noodles, Chicken Curry Noodle Soup, and Cao Lầu; Fridays rotate through Chicken Pho and a Fermented Fish Noodle Soup made with seasonal fish; Tuesdays pair a VL Special Noodle Soup with Beef Pho. A weekend "VL special dry noodle" shows up on occasion as well.
Outside the soups, the everyday menu holds steady — salad rolls with shrimp and BBQ pork, smoothies, boba tea, and Vietnamese coffee.
