MK Kitchen is owned and run by Mitchell and Lisa Kaldrovich, a husband-and-wife team who met while working in a restaurant in Tahoe, California, and brought that experience to Gorham, Maine. Mitchell serves as chef, Lisa as general manager.
The kitchen works closely with local farmers and fish purveyors and makes much of the menu from scratch, including soups, sauces, ravioli, gnocchi, focaccia bread, and gelato.
