Matt's BBQ Tacos runs on the same smoked meats that built the original Matt's BBQ cart, now served on tortillas made in-house — lard-infused flour or a vegan corn option — pressed and cooked to order. Breakfast tacos are available all day, and the Migas Taco gets a direct callout from the kitchen itself.
The format now operates out of three spots around Portland: Hinterland, Great Notion Brewing, and The Last Rodeo. Pork belly tacos and a queso dip have built their own following alongside the breakfast lineup, and the crowd that shows up tends to keep showing up.
