FRYBABY is a food cart at 4727 SE Woodstock Blvd, serving Korean-American fried chicken alongside Southern-inspired Korean sides. Sunny Hatch created the concept out of a wish for one more Korean restaurant in Portland, with the cart also aiming to introduce Korean flavors to a wider audience and give other Korean-Americans a sense of representation.
The menu centers on fried chicken, including a snow cheese version — wings and a chicken sandwich coated in a snow-like cheese topping that regulars keep coming back for. Kimchi mac and a smashed cucumber salad round out the sides.
