Tacos Don Memo

Tacos Don Memo runs out of a bright red truck in University City, built around burritos as much as its namesake tacos. Juicy grilled chicken and spit-roasted, carved pork get wrapped into soft, toasted tortillas with peppery rice, crunchy lettuce, and melted cheese, and the truck also turns out an egg-filled breakfast version and a birria rendition served with consomme for dipping.
