The menu runs on specialty sandwiches and small plates alongside daily lunch and dinner specials, all built from the meats, terrines, and sausages made in-house. Bread arrives daily from sister bakery La Boulangerie, and a forager sources fresh produce, eggs, and dairy directly from local farms. House-made pickles, jellies, jams, mustards, and sauces round out the counter, along with cocktail, wine, and craft beer lists featuring local breweries.
It's a casual, walk-in counter-service spot — for more formal sit-down meals, sister restaurant Cochon operates next door. Michelin awarded Cochon Butcher a Bib Gourmand in 2025.
