PennePazze operates out of L&L Market in Sylvan Park, an open-kitchen restaurant where pasta and pinsas are made from scratch daily. Founder Rony traces the concept back to his Italian mother's kitchen, where he grew up rolling dough and learning traditional dishes by hand — an experience he's tried to recreate for diners by letting them watch the entire process, from kneading to plating, from an open kitchen.
The kitchen also leans into clean eating, keeping dishes free of artificial ingredients, preservatives, and seed oils.
Regulars point to the open-kitchen setup as part of the draw, along with generous portions and standout pasta dishes. Service draws consistent praise from the people who eat there.
