Folk is a neighborhood restaurant in East Nashville centered on seasonal, vegetable-forward cooking, naturally leavened sourdough pizzas, and a curated list of natural wines and craft cocktails. It's part of the Rolf & Daughters Hospitality group, and its menu shifts with the seasons, drawing on produce and proteins from Rocky Glade Farm, Harpeth Moon Farm, and Bear Creek Farm.
The kitchen turns out vegetable-forward plates, sourdough pizzas, and large-format dishes alongside small plates like beef carpaccio. Roasted carrots have become a fixture on regulars' must-order lists, and the bar and natural wine program are as central to the experience as anything coming out of the kitchen.
Folk has been named to Eater's Essential 38 and scored 8.8/10 from The Infatuation. The restaurant was selected for the Michelin Guide in 2025, and its kitchen was a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef in 2020 and for Best New Restaurant in 2019.
