Marty's Deli runs on a line that stretches out the door, and the line is the proof, not the problem. Service moves fast enough that the wait never curdles into complaint, and what comes out justifies the stand. The engine underneath every sandwich is the focaccia, baked with a precise hit of rosemary and sea salt, sturdy enough to hold cold cuts and whipped feta without turning soggy or falling apart in your hands.

The morning egg and cheese, spiked with garlic aioli, earns its own following. The Seward is the real argument for the place: curry-pickled beets, fennel pesto, and roasted cauliflower stacked into something that reads more like a composed dish than deli filler, and it's flavorful enough to send you back for another before the first is finished.
