Two Spoons takes its name from two family members, Stefano and Lorenzo, each represented by a distinct spoon in the restaurant's logo. The menu runs through Peruvian appetizers, cocktails, and a notably deep sandwich section built on pan francés and pan de miga bread.
About a third of the menu is devoted to those sandwiches. The triple classico keeps things simple with layered avocado, tomato, and hardboiled egg, while the crispy chalaca stacks fried yuyo seaweed over fried fish with a chalaca sauce.
