The Wrapper is a casual North Beach spot built around wraps and shawarma, started as a Smorgasburg vendor before landing a block from the ocean near the Miami Beach boardwalk. The menu is short and Lebanese-leaning: a soujok wrap, falafel wraps, and a kafta wrap of ground beef and minced onions pressed between two grilled pitas with pickles, tomato, and a house sauce. A few bowls round things out, and regulars know to ask about the off-menu Lebanese-style burger — stuffed with coleslaw and fries, pressed on the grill until the bun picks up char and crunch. Housemade rose water is on hand too, meant for sipping on the walk back to the sand.
