Ichimi Ramen Bar brings an izakaya format to Kendall, pairing ramen with appetizers and a full bar. It's the brand's third Miami location, following an original in Coral Gables.
The broth is tonkotsu, built from pork bones alone and simmered for twenty hours before dawn. Noodles are made fresh from scratch each morning, and gyoza are folded by hand. The most-ordered bowls are the Ichimi Ramen, Soul Ramen, and Spicy Miso Ramen, while the izakaya side of the menu runs through Takoyaki Balls, Baby Back Ribs, and a bao and gyoza section anchored by Pork Belly Bao and Garden Gyoza.
