Westport isn't short on options, and local coverage has kept Room 39 on its lists rather than treating it as old news. That's the real tell. Restaurants get discovered once. Staying on the radar for the better part of a decade means the kitchen kept earning it, meal after meal, through a stretch when plenty of comparable spots faded.
