Handies Douzo is a hand roll and sushi bar concept from Duckstache, built around nori-wrapped hand rolls, sashimi, and a curated sushi omakase menu. Co-founders and chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee spent four years working together at a Japanese restaurant in Houston before striking out on their own, first running a series of omakase pop-up dinners called Secret Taste before opening Handies Douzo. C.J. Short rounds out the founding team.
