Venalonzo's Tacos started in Centennial, Colorado, built around recipes brought over from the Venalonzo family's kitchen in Mochitlán, Guerrero. Siblings Pako and Nati Venalonzo co-own the shop, working from hometown herbs, spices, and family traditions rather than a fixed script.
The menu centers on quesabirria tacos — meat folded into a crispy corn tortilla with cheese, onions, and cilantro, served with a side of consommé for dipping. Breakfast is also part of the rotation, with huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and breakfast burritos available through the day. The kitchen sources ingredients locally where it can, working with area farmers and suppliers.
What began as a single Centennial location has expanded to additional shops in Parker and Lone Tree.
