Radici — Italian for "roots" — was created by Tiffany and Tom Foley as a wood-fired restaurant centered on family and connection. The concept traces back to Tom's memories of his family table growing up, shaped by his mother's side of the family from outside Naples: pastas and red sauces that became the starting point for the menu.
Cooking runs through a wood-fired grill, giving dishes a smoky, fire-kissed character, and the kitchen sources a number of ingredients imported from Italy, including D.O.P.-certified products. Radici operates two Dallas-area locations, in Farmers Branch and at EpicCentral in Grand Prairie.
