The Spot
Lardon centers on charcuterie and salumi made on site, an approach drawn from old-world butcher shops, salumerias, and cafes. That range plays out over the course of a day: fresh housemade pastries in the morning, sandwiches at lunch, and French-inspired bistro fare once dinner starts, with house-cured meats and artisanal cheese available the entire time. An aperitivo hour bridges the lunch and dinner service, and a prix fixe option is offered later in the week.

The restaurant sits at 2200 N. California Ave. in Logan Square and is one of several projects from Meadowlark Hospitality, alongside Union and The Meadowlark.

Michelin has awarded Lardon a Bib Gourmand in its guide for 2021, 2024, and 2025.
