Michelin has selected Alla Vita every year since it opened, and it landed on a national list of the country's most notable new restaurants the year it debuted. That's confirmation, not the argument. The argument is a restaurant that turns a genuinely great location and a gorgeous dining room into a place that also happens to cook this well, night after night, at scale.
