Ever Andalo sits in NoDa, the former textile-mill neighborhood about two miles northeast of Uptown Charlotte that's since turned into a strip of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The kitchen serves Italian staples built for sharing: homemade burrata, antipasti for the table, and fresh focaccia paired with an Italian olive oil flight, alongside fresh pasta and desserts made in house.
The wine list is all-Italian, put together by a sommelier team of Michael Klinger and Catherine Dawson, a longtime figure in the NoDa neighborhood. Mixologist Colleen Hughes runs the cocktail program, built around Italian-inspired drinks.
Michelin named Ever Andalo a Selected restaurant in its 2025 guide, and Axios Charlotte named it a Best New Restaurant the same year.
