The Spot
Haberdish sits in Charlotte's NoDa neighborhood, a couple miles northeast of Uptown, on ground where the city's textile mill industry once boomed and faded. The name and setting nod to that history, and the kitchen builds its menu around Carolina-inspired cooking: crispy fried chicken, Southern vegetables, and locally inspired side plates.

Regulars on the table include deviled eggs, hush puppies, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, trout, ribs, and collard greens, with a brunch service that's developed its own following. The bar pours seasonal cocktails from a 1950s soda fountain setup built to pair with the food.

Haberdish was named to Michelin's Selected list in 2025 and included in Axios Charlotte's roundup of the city's best new dining that same year.
