Halidom Eatery is a food hall on the first floor of IST's Atlanta headquarters, developed by Hal Blackman and Rosa Moreno. Rather than a single kitchen, it houses eleven separate concepts operating side by side, including ATL Lobster Roll Co, FNF Hot Burger, Gyro Chef Mediterranean, King's Chicken, Le Dip, Luze Mexicano Cocina, Mad Dads Philly's, Nora's Kitchen Table, Unbelibubble & Ekiben, and Wasabi Sushi & Ramen — a spread that runs from cheesesteaks to sushi to Mexican cocina in one space.
The room itself is part of the draw: a pink, art-deco-inflected design built around Bar La Rose, with enough room to function as both a sit-down meal and a place to camp out and work for a while. With this many counters under one roof, the space doubles as a communal hangout as much as a place to eat.
