Owned and operated by Paul Rodgers, it stocks artisanal cheeses, cured meats, pasta, sauces, and wines alongside a menu of entrees, pizza, sandwiches, and specialty Italian items, plus everyday grocery essentials — a hybrid closer to a neighborhood deli than a standard dining room.
Beyond the counter, Cucina Baci runs a hands-on pasta class where guests make fresh pasta from scratch to take home, and hosts sommelier-led wine experiences, including a four-course dinner paired with wine and a separate wine-and-cheese pairing event.
