Baraka Shawarma is a counter-service Mediterranean restaurant on Walton Street in Downtown Atlanta, part of a small group of locations around the city. The menu centers on chicken and gyro shawarma, marinated and cooked on a slow-turning spit, served as a wrap, platter, or bowl and finished with a homemade special sauce made in-house.
Beyond the shawarma, the menu covers familiar Mediterranean counter staples: a falafel plate, hummus, a gyro salad, a Mixed Grill, and a Vegetarian Delight. Catering is also available, with shawarma trays, salads, hummus, and falafel built for larger groups. Rough Draft Atlanta has included Baraka Shawarma in its restaurant coverage of the city.
