Queen's English tops the list — a Bib Gourmand and James Beard Finalist in Columbia Heights, the only Delicious in the group. Behind it, five Damn Good spots carry their own weight: Astoria DC and Chang Chang in Dupont Circle, Bar Chinois DC in Mount Vernon Triangle, Tiger Fork in Northwest DC, and Lucky Danger holding it down at $ in Penn Quarter.
