Best Sushi in Chicago
Eight sushi spots clear our bar. One wears a Michelin One Star.
Mako leads at $$$$ in the West Loop, the only One Star in the group. Kyoten Next Door backs it up in Logan Square, also Delicious, also Michelin Selected. From there it's four more Selected spots and a pair of Damn Good rooms without stars, running from $$ to $$$$ across Lakeview, Fulton Market District, River North, and Old Town. Chicago's sushi bench is small but it's real.
