Mako leads at Delicious, a One Star in the West Loop running $$$$. Below it, two Damn Good rooms hold their own without the stars — Jinsei Motto in Logan Square and Sushi-san in River North, both $$. Chicago sushi is a short list right now, but what's here is worth trusting.
