The Spot
Pink Tiger sits on the Southwest Waterfront's Wharf, a restaurant and cocktail bar built around a fusion of Southern American and Asian cooking. The menu mixes comfort-food familiarity with chef-driven signature dishes, alongside a cocktail program and a room known for warm hospitality and a playful energy.

Executive Chef Joseph Castro was raised in a family of chefs in the Philippines and trained there and in Italy before taking the kitchen here. That path shows in the food: Asian comfort dishes layered with Southern flair and what he calls MediterrASIAN touches, with occasional notes back to his early Italian training.

Live music is part of the identity — resident performer Jeremy Ragsdale plays Thursday through Saturday nights, with Castro known to join in on vocals. Regulars point to the service and the room's welcoming feel as much as the food itself.
