Hattie's Hat bills itself as Ballard's last stand, operating out of the same building since 1904 while the neighborhood around it has changed considerably. The space combines a long-running bar with full-service dining, and the menu doesn't stick to one meal — breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, and late night all run on their own schedules throughout the day.
