The Spot
The Public Kitchen & Bar sits at 1 West Liberty Street in Savannah's North Historic District, styled around iconic mid-century modern design. Under Daniel Reed Hospitality, the restaurant was built around a farm-to-table approach to casual dining — quality ingredients served in a stylish room without tipping into fine-dining formality.

The burgers are a stated point of pride: all-natural, 100% grass-fed beef sourced from the managing partner's family farm in Georgia. Beyond that, the kitchen runs an eclectic American menu that includes shrimp and grits, paella, a pork chop, sandwiches, salads, and bread, with a bar program to match.

The rooftop is a known draw for outdoor seating in the historic district. The Public Kitchen & Bar was named among Savannah Magazine's city mag reader picks in 2025.
