The Shed sits just off the Santa Fe Plaza in a historic downtown building, family-owned and operated by the Carswells since 1953. Three generations in, it's built its reputation on New Mexican red and green chile, with enchiladas and green chile stew anchoring the menu alongside posole, guacamole, and a mocha cake that turns up on tables throughout the dining room.
