The Spot
Plant Power Fast Food brings a 100% plant-based menu to the fast-food format: burgers, handhelds, fries, and shakes built without animal products. The burger lineup includes the Big Zac, the Holy Guacamole Burger, and the Western Burger, built on a choice of two patties — a pea-protein "Beefy" patty with 13 grams of plant-based protein, or the house Hippie Patty made from black beans, roasted cashews, poblano peppers, onions, and garlic. Melted cheese on the burgers is a cultured oat-cream alternative, and shakes are made with oat milk.

The kitchen also makes its own guacamole in-house. Packaging runs on bamboo instead of paper, with straws that are fully biodegradable and marine-degradable, part of the restaurant's broader push toward sustainable, eco-conscious operations.
