The Spot
The Victor Café is built around a ritual: waitstaff trained as opera singers perform live throughout the dining room every twenty minutes, turning dinner service into something closer to a show. It's Italian food, but the room itself is the draw for a lot of people who walk through the door.

The restaurant has also become a piece of Philadelphia film history, having served as a filming location for Rocky VI and both Creed movies — a fact that pulls in its own share of visitors on any given night. Upstairs, a candlelit cocktail lounge offers a quieter space before or after dinner.

Sitting on Dickinson Street in South Philadelphia, it functions as much as a neighborhood attraction and piece of living performance history as a straightforward restaurant.
