Fiorella occupies a storefront in Philadelphia's Italian Market that once belonged to Luigi Fiorella's sausage business, dating back to 1892. Marc Vetri took over the space in 2020, restoring much of its original character — including the building's 220-pound brass cash register — and built a pasta bar within it. The menu runs through antipasti, pasta, and dessert, served across an intimate indoor dining room and an outdoor patio.
Fresh pasta is the throughline, with cheese-forward dishes appearing across the menu and gnocchi drawing particular attention from regulars. Service has built a reputation for being attentive, and the restaurant counts a steady base of repeat customers in the neighborhood.
Michelin awarded Fiorella a Bib Gourmand in 2025, and The Infatuation has scored the restaurant 8.5/10.
