Kinme has been open in Washington Square West since 2018, run by husband-and-wife team Junxin and Nancy Huang. Junxin handles fish selection personally, while Nancy oversees the front of house and dining room. Before Kinme, the couple owned and ran a Thai restaurant in Philadelphia.
