The Spot
Oroshi Sushi Omakase runs a chef's-selection omakase alongside a straightforward à la carte sushi menu. The dinner omakase is a 15-course progression that moves through pieces like madai, kanpachi, hamachi, shima aji, salmon, king salmon, hotate, and botan ebi before building to akami, chutoro, and otoro, with unagi and a house-made dessert to close. A shorter 10-course version is served at lunch. Diners who'd rather order individually can work through à la carte nigiri and hand rolls, including uni, wagyu, and a wagyu uni hand roll.

The kitchen sources premium seasonal seafood for both menus. The restaurant is BYOB, and the room sits on South Broad Street in Washington Square West.
