The Spot
Il Fiore takes its name from the Italian word for "the flower," a theme echoed in a dining room mural depicting a field of blooms. The restaurant sits on Haddon Avenue in downtown Collingswood, where it's become a regular stop for showers, birthdays, and other group gatherings.

The menu runs through Italian staples and a few flourishes: pan-seared branzino with scallops, shrimp, and spinach; Pasta Fantazia with shrimp, peppers, edamame, and carrots; grilled calamari; arancini; rack of lamb; and a burrata salad with beets, prosciutto, mandarins, and arugula. Linguine and clams and a veal chop special round out the classics, with tiramisu and black velvet cake for dessert.

The Infatuation gave Il Fiore an 8/10.
