The Spot
The Chloe Nashville occupies two 1920s craftsman cottages on Acklen Avenue that once served as headquarters for Asylum Records and Spirit Music, a building with real musical history behind its walls. Designer Sara Ruffin Costello, who also designed The Chloe in New Orleans, kept the coffered ceilings, salvaged wood floors, and original brickwork intact while building a 19-room boutique hotel and restaurant around them.

Chef Matt Regan, previously of Sylvain in the French Quarter, runs the kitchen with a Creole-meets-Southern menu that mixes Gulf flavors with Nashville notes. Dishes are built for sharing, and the restaurant sits alongside three separate bars on the property.

The Chloe Nashville is the sister property to The Chloe New Orleans, bringing the same design sensibility and hospitality approach to a new setting in Hillsboro West End.
