Graze is East Nashville's plant-based bistro and bar, serving brunch, dinner, and drinks in Lockeland Springs alongside catering and private events. The restaurant is family owned and operated by Mayara and Henrique. Mayara joined the team as a line cook in 2019, worked up to Sous Chef and General Manager, and became an owner in 2025. Henrique, who has a background in economics and recording arts & technology and works in the music industry, handles the business side.
