Ghot Wingz has served East Nashville's historic east side since 2005. It's the work of owner and executive chef James Stone Jr., who brought more than 25 years in the restaurant industry to the project, running it alongside his wife, Sharonda Stone, as general manager. The menu doesn't branch out — wings are the entire point.
