About
My Take
Our Take
The Spot
etc. is chef Deb Paquette's Green Hills restaurant, positioned as the sister property to her downtown etch. Paquette is a Culinary Institute of America graduate and was the first woman in Tennessee to become a certified executive chef, with more than three decades of cooking in Nashville behind her; she oversees the kitchens at both restaurants.

The room holds about 70 seats, a cocktail bar for a dozen, and an outdoor patio, giving it a smaller, more neighborhood-facing footprint than etch. The menu moves through globally referenced dishes — pao de queijo, tempura cauliflower with sweet soy glaze, sesame-cured salmon with a rice fritter, a beef shepherd's pie built on tenderloin tips and puff pastry, and cornmeal-fried catfish — alongside dinner items like a Vietnamese nuóc chấm short rib, a bacon duo plate, seared scallops, and a four-cheese filo "big night pie."

etc. is part of 4Top Hospitality. Regulars point to attentive service, well-made cocktails, and consistent food execution, along with a slower service pace that fits the room's low-key, neighborhood feel.
