The Spot
Egg Drip operates out of a trailer set up behind Buds & Brews in East Nashville, running a compact menu of egg sandwiches with an Asian-American lean. The Lé Drip stacks milk bread French toast with cherrywood smoked ham, a hash brown patty, egg, cheese, and miso maple syrup. Oh My Gogi builds on beef bulgogi with chopped kimchi and kimchi mayo, while Playin' Dirty runs spicy pork belly through okonomiyaki sauce. There's an ubé French toast version alongside more straightforward builds like a classic ham-egg-and-cheese, a bacon B.E.C., and a yuzu kosho egg salad.

The trailer also shows up on Saturdays at the Richland Farmers' Market. Regulars in the neighborhood have made it something of a local fixture, and The Infatuation rated it 8.2/10.
