Enrico and Angela grew up in Bacoli, a small town near Naples, Italy, and named this North Naples trattoria for the roots they carry with them. Enrico's path to the restaurant ran through Maryland, where he worked at Aldo's Restaurant in Baltimore and later helped open Chazz Bronx Original with Chazz Palminteri at the Inner Harbor, before relocating to Florida in 2000 to work at BiCE in Naples.
