The Spot
Sofra sits inside The Ritz-Carlton in North Naples, serving a shareable Mediterranean menu spanning Greek, Turkish, Lebanese, and Israeli influences. Cold mezzes, roasted meats, and artisanal olive oils anchor the format, served alongside freshly baked bread. Regulars single out the hummus, warm pita, and baklava as the dishes worth returning for, alongside praise for fresh ingredients and bold flavors.

Chef Ertugrul Filiz, originally from Turkey, oversees the vegetable-forward menu. He trained in Turkey before working in luxury hotel kitchens across Turkey, Qatar, Hong Kong, and Dubai with the Mandarin Oriental group, later joining Marriott Luxury Brands. He came to The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in 2022 to concept and launch Sofra.

The setting is polished and upscale, in keeping with its Ritz-Carlton address, and crowd feedback consistently points to attentive, well-trained service.
