Tigress Restaurant & Rooftop Bar sits on the seventh floor of The Perry Hotel Naples, overlooking the river and the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen, led by chef Dale Talde, builds its menu around a Cantonese chophouse framework filtered through American flavors — dry-aged duck runs through several dishes, including a dry-aged crown of duck served with Hong Kong French toast, alongside a Blue Crab Fried Rice finished with jalapeño aioli.
